Pricing

Klap charges by clips generated. Billed monthly, Basic is $29 for 100 clips, Pro is $79 for 300 and Pro+ is $189 for 1,000. Billed yearly, the same plans are $14, $39 and $94 a month. Every plan includes AI clipping, unlimited social accounts and analytics.

Vidulk Unlimited is $9.99 a week, $19.99 a month or $179 a year on the web with no clip cap. Credits are $7 for one video or $19 for ten. On yearly billing Klap Basic ($168 a year) is a little cheaper than Vidulk ($179). Billed monthly, Vidulk costs $9 less and has no clip limit.

Phone or desktop

Klap is a web tool and its site lists no iPhone or Android app. Vidulk runs on iPhone, Android (Google Play and the Amazon Appstore) and the web with one account, so you can start a project on your phone and finish it in a browser.

Features

Klap offers AI Reframe 2, which chooses layouts such as split screen and gaming, plus transcription and editing in 52 languages and direct publishing with scheduling. Vidulk's editor has 65 caption styles, auto-reframe on faces or the whole video over a blurred background, four aspect ratios, a hook title card, progress bar, logo, music with ducking and 4K export.

Vidulk has no auto-posting, no scheduler and no API. If those matter, Klap is the better choice. If you want to clip from your phone with no monthly clip limit, try Vidulk at vidulk.com/app.

Limits to check

Klap's plans count clips, not videos or minutes. Basic allows 100 clips a month, so a few long podcasts with many clips each can use it up quickly. Klap's FAQ also limits the free offer to one video, so you will likely pay before you know whether it suits all your content.

Vidulk Unlimited has no clip or video count. If you are unsure, a single $7 credit lets you clip one full video and keep the result, and the credit is refunded automatically if no clips come out. Both tools caption and reframe for vertical video; Vidulk adds a hook title card, progress bar, logo, color looks and music with ducking.

Switching from Klap to Vidulk

  2. Sign in at https://www.vidulk.com/app/login with Apple or Google, or install the iPhone or Android app and use the same account.
  3. Paste the same YouTube link you used in Klap, or upload the file.
  4. Let the AI pick the moments or set clip lengths yourself, then adjust captions, layout, hook title and music in the editor.
  5. Export in 720p, 1080p or 4K and post. Buy a $7 credit to test one video before you commit to Unlimited.

Vidulk works on iPhone, Android and the web with one account.
