How to delete your Vidulk account
On the web, open Settings, press Delete Account, type DELETE and press Delete my account. In the phone app, open Profile, tap Delete Account and confirm. Your account, clips, videos and data are deleted everywhere, and this cannot be undone.

Steps
- Cancel any subscription first where you bought it. Deleting the account does not cancel it. See manage or cancel.
- Web: open Settings, press Delete Account, type DELETE and press Delete my account.
- Phone: tap the profile icon at the top of the screen, scroll to the bottom, tap Delete Account, then Delete.
What is deleted
Your account, all clips and exports, uploaded videos, saved stories and other data, on the phone and the web. Remaining credits are lost. You are signed out straight away.
Free up space instead
To save storage on your phone without deleting anything else, use Clear Source Files on the Profile screen. Your clips are not affected.
