How to sign in to Vidulk with Apple or Google
Vidulk uses Apple or Google sign-in, and either button creates your account the first time. Use the same sign-in on every device: a different one, or a different email, can open a second, empty account.
Applies to: iPhone and Android app, Web app. Updated October 14, 2026.
Steps
- On the web, go to vidulk.com/app/login. On the phone, open the Vidulk app and go past the intro screens.
- Choose Continue with Apple or Continue with Google.
- Finish the sign-in in the Apple or Google window. The first time, a few short questions follow (name, age, country). You can skip most of them.
Apple sign-in on Android
The Android app offers Google sign-in, not Apple. If you created your account with Apple on an iPhone, use the web app with Continue with Apple, or ask support to move your account to your Google email.
I see an empty account
Each sign-in is tied to an email address. If your Apple ID and Google account use the same email, they usually open the same Vidulk account. If the emails differ, or you chose Hide My Email with Apple, you get two separate accounts, and your clips and plan stay on the first one.
Sign out (web: Settings then Sign out) and sign in with the method you used first. If your plan or clips are on an account you can no longer reach, email [email protected] from the email of that account. Support can move an account to another email as long as that email does not already have a Vidulk account.
FAQ
Can I sign in with an email and password?
No. Accounts use Apple or Google sign-in.
Does signing in on a new device move my subscription?
Yes. Vidulk Unlimited and credits belong to your Vidulk account, so signing in with the same account on any device unlocks them.
